To replace the cartridge, click the pen. (extend the point) Then press the point firmly on a hard surface. It will pop the pen apart, (out the top), giving you access to the ink cartridge.

Yes.. Have two that I "borrowed" from a relative. Writes well, grip is perfect, stylus in the right spot, but I will have to throw it away at some future date. Cannot open it to replace cartridge... Yes, the cap unscrews but cartridge will not pull/fall out. Too expensive for a "throw-away" . Might as well get a handful of 10 cent Bic's. The throw-away factor makes it a pointless purchase.

The pen writes good & the stylus point does good on table but the pp how do you open pen to replace pen refill?
