I ordered this pen for my daughter's baby shower. Since they were all pastel colors it worked out great. Everyone loved them and it was a nice rememberance of a special day.

Pleased with pens - they write very well, the personalization was well done, and they are comfortable to use. We received our order promptly, but it was a good thing we had ordered extra. About 20 had the clip broken off and several were missing the collar around the clicker. We managed to match the collars of pens with broken clips with pens with unbroken clips but no collar to minimize our loss, but still were disappointed to have so many damaged items. Not all pens were broken in shipment because there were not enough broken parts in the box. But for the price, we are still pleased with our purchase. When I ordered them, my order page froze up and I had to start over - inadvertently and unknowingly ordering twice. Within a day, I had received a personal email from the company, asking if I had ordered twice on purpose, so was able to verify my original intention without paying for twice the number I needed. I would not have had any way of knowing the mistake without this personal attention from the company. Service is great and pens are good quality.
